Exchange and Return Policy

ARTICLE 13 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods/services to them or to the person/entity at the address they provide. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, email ([EMAIL]), or phone number [PHONE] within the same period. The goods/services must be delivered in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 and the preliminary information published on the erenhediyelik.com website, which is an integral part of this contract. The packaging and contents must be undamaged during testing. If this right is exercised, the original invoice for the goods/services delivered to a third party or the BUYER must be returned. The price of the goods/services will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, and the goods/services must be returned within 20 (twenty) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded to the BUYER. The delivery cost of goods/services returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 14 - GOODS/SERVICES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

For goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods/services are intact and unused.

ARTICLE 15 - DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults on credit card transactions, the BUYER will pay interest and be liable to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement entered into with the cardholder bank. In such cases, the relevant bank may take legal action. The BUYER may claim the costs and attorney fees incurred from the BUYER. In any case, if the BUYER defaults on its debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the SELLER's losses and damages arising from the delayed payment of the debt.

ARTICLE 16 - AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding this value. In locations where a Consumer Court is not available, Civil Courts of First Instance shall have jurisdiction.

CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance selling contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: November 27, 2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment, will be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer within a legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be returned complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, along with any documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of the situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

If the Buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels it in their bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product terminates.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE:

If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the Buyer's credit card has been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the contracted product to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the Seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESTIMABLE REASONS:

If force majeure events beyond the Seller's foreseeable future occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request the order to be canceled, the product to be replaced with a similar product, or delivery to be postponed until the obstacle is resolved. If the Buyer cancels the order; If the buyer paid by cash, the fee will be paid in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation. However, the bank may transfer the money to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the goods/services covered by the contract before receiving them. Damaged or defective goods/services such as dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc. will not be accepted from the courier company. The goods/services received will be deemed undamaged and intact. The buyer must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
